The Project

Te Mania is a master planned development in Te Puke that will ultimately provide 380 residential sections.    Stratum has been a key partner to the developer from its inception providing planning, surveying, geotechnical and civil engineering services.

Our Approach

In the spirit of a true partnership Stratum has a close relationship with the developer to ensure alignment with broader outcomes, and has provided master planning, project management and preparation of resource consent applications. During this process we obtained Heritage New Zealand authorities and carried out Iwi consultation and liaison. We have ongoing responsibilities for completion of subdivision and development works and our team provide civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, and surveying services for each stage of the development.

Project Outcome/Solution

The outcome is an attractive development that is designed in a way that supports building strong communities with incorporation of reserves and public spaces and visual appeal through covenants for architectural variety and green spaces.
