Our planning and resource consent management team have a wide range of experience in navigation through the Resource Management Act (RMA) processes, including obtaining Resource Consent / Subdivision Consent from your local District Council or Regional Council.

For subdivisions, structures, and multi storied commercial/industrial buildings we provide geotechnical and liquefaction assessments of the ground and foundation design.

Our Civil Engineering team will support you with technical expertise to assist with services infrastructure, pavement design, contract management and administration, and subdivision completion design. We can also assist with earthworks and erosion management during construction.

Our Structural team can provide technical expertise in structural design (portals, steel, concrete, timber, reinforced masonry construction), through to earthquake prone building assessments - Initial Evaluation Procedure (IEP), Detailed Design Evaluations (DDE) for earthquake prone buildings works (DDE and DSA), and building structural upgrades including retrofits and structural strengthening.

Our team can also provide seismic restraint and design solutions for suspended ceiling systems, walls, and bulkheads.
