Our planning and resource consent management team have a wide range of experience in navigation through the Resource Management Act (RMA) processes, including obtaining Resource Consent / Subdivision Consent from your local District Council or Regional Council.

Our Civil Engineering team will support you with technical expertise to assist with services infrastructure, pavement design, contract management and administration, and subdivision completion design. We can also assist with earthworks and erosion management during construction.

Our Survey team will undertake a topographical survey of the contours of the land, building set out, Maori land surveys and building surveys. They can also under Zespri approved orchard mapping.
