Stratum Consultants have been involved extensively in the successful establishment of Papakāinga and Māori land development throughout the Bay of Plenty alongside local Māori land trusts and relevant agencies/consultants. We have an excellent working knowledge and deep appreciation of the complexities associated with Māori land with joint ownership, additional stakeholders involved and regulatory, legal and cost considerations.

We have well established relationships with many local iwi/hapu, several Māori Land Trusts and relevant regulatory agencies/consultants.

We can be engaged to provide feasibility assessments, preliminary investigation and design services, surveying, geotechnical engineering, infrastructure reporting and civil design, OSET assessment, iwi consultation, and the facilitation of the provision of archaeological assessments and contaminated soils assessments as needed.  We will manage and prepare resource consent applications to local Council and Regional Council.
