Covid-19 has spread rapidly around the world and is quite possibly the most serious event to affect our daily lives and our businesses that many of us will experience in our working lives.
The closing of our borders last Saturday started the dominos tumbling – so that now it’s very hard to predict the course of events over the next weeks and months.
This email is to advise you that Stratum Consultants Ltd remains open and we are carrying out business in as near to normal manner as we can.
Our main goals through this period are:-
Firstly to keep our staff, Clients and the wider community safe
Secondly to do our very best to minimise disruption and maintain service levels to our Clients and business partners
To do this we have made the following changes to the way we operate:-
No international travel, and an isolation period is in place for any staff who have returned from overseas within the last 2 weeks.
Limiting face to face group meetings to those that are absolutely essential. We will instead utilise video/phone conferencing methods.
You are still welcome to visit us in our offices, however we will ask you in advance to declare recent unwellness, overseas travel or close contact with others who may have done so. If these risk factors are present please don’t be offended if we suggest alternative ways of communicating.
None of our staff will be in the office when unwell – we have good remote working capability.
None of our field staff will visit your site if unwell. They will likewise seek assurance from others on site, and as much as practicably possible will observe safe distance practices.
Upgrades to normal office hygiene practices
We will fully comply with directives from the Department of Health as they’re updated.
We do appreciate the support and loyalty from you all and remain committed to work through these challenges with as little disruption to your projects as possible.
