The Project

A staged residential subdivision to convert farmland in 60 residential lots adjacent to the Utuhina Stream in Rotorua.

Our Approach

We provided resource management act planning and surveying expertise to apply for a staged residential subdivision. We also provided geotechnical and civil engineering expertise on the design, construction, earthworks, infrastructure, stormwater retention, erosion and project management for the development, along with the survey of infrastructure and boundary pegs through to obtaining title.
